Prueba también con esto:

Cambia manualmente la extensión .doc por .fh11 Si te hace lo que a mí, te preguntará si quieres conservar la extensión original o usar ".fh11" Le dices que use .fh11 y te cambia automáticamente el icono genérico por el de FreeHand. Arrastra el documento sobre la aplicación FreeHand y sonríe felizmente al ver tu documento abierto.
