De todos modos si quieres ver lo que hay en cualquier carpeta incluida la papelera prueba con ls -al en un terminal , en Mac y en Unix (asi como Linux) los ficheros ocultos suelen comenzar por . (un punto). De haber algo anormal, puedes hacerlo visible con mv .fichero fichero
