Yo tengo el USB Stick for TDT ... no se calienta en demasia, pero la CPU se me dispara haciendo que el ventilador de mi "Fiambrera" vaya acelerada.....

Edito para añadir, creo que ya se como solucionarlo: apagar la tv (cerrar el programa) y con el Monitor de actividad salir del proceso EyeTV Helper, despues vuelvo a llamar al programa, pero ya no ocupa tanta CPU (llega a marcar 124,5) y se queda en 20-30.
