pues tienes que tener instalado fsck, en una ventana de terminal intenta hacer whereis fsck (a mi me sale /sbin/fsck ).

Si no te aparece fsck me parece que tendras que reinstalar el sistema.... a no ser que Admin o algun otro compañero tenga alguna otra solucion....
