Hola!!


Aún no he podido configurar debidamente mi nuevo IMac con versión 10.8.4 con mi impresora Canon LBP 5360. He descargado el driver actualizado versión 2.43 y cada vez que intento configurarla me coge la versión 2.0 y no funciona. Hay intercambio de información entre ordenador e impresora pero no imprime.


¿Cómo puedo hacer que instale la última versión?

es un problema de preferencias. estoy con el ifon y no estoy de la ruta esta:
Usuario/Library/Preferences/

Tienes que supprimir los archivos que empiecen por

com.apple.printer.

que lo confirme alguien, que no tengo mac mano!

Gracias por la respuesta.


He vuelto a intentarlo reiniciando, reinstalando previo borrado del único archivo con esas características (com.apple.print.makequeues.plist) y sigue sin instalar la nueva versión.

Se ha equivocado de Biblioteca, la de usuario y no la de raiz del sistema

[b]macintosh HD > Usuarios > Marquetes > Library > Preferences > [\b]

como es una CANON : com.apple.print.canon ....
