Hola,

Prueba a cambiar el canal del router, normalmente los router de telefonica tienen un canal muy alto (canal 11), si puedes entra en la configuracion del router y bajalo a 9 o un poco mas bajo 6. Ese problema suele pasar con algunos portatiles acer y al bajar un poco el canal del router wifi ya funciona.
