Bueno, pues ya está, ha funcionado perfectamente, habia escogido la opción de imagen de disco en vez de copia total, he clonado el HD interno del Mac en el externo firewire, he instalado el nuevo interno, y le he restaurado la copia otra vez y todo perfecto.
