Una opcion que tambien podeis hacer a los que de vez en cuando os desaparecen las ventanas es, irte al menu Ventanas/Espacio de trabajo/ y podeis guardar vuestro espacio de trabajo con las ventanas que soleis utilizar, para asi cada vez que os pase solo teneis que cargar vuestro "espacio de trabajo" y listo! esto es para el paquete Abobe...
