tienes que ir al menú de la manzanita/ubicación y desde ahí borrarlo, sino, abres conexión a internet y desde el menú de conexiones (o algo así buscalo), te tiene que aparecer una pantalla en donde te muestra todas tus conexiones y un boton abajo de mas y menos, seleccionas la conexión a borar y le das al menos. hora si lo que te refieres es a borrar el historial de navegación puedes utilizar el Safari en modo privado (navegación privada), sino prueba con el after stuff:
