Que yo sepa, tu decides en las preferencias qué archvos o carpetas quieres compartir. Mas que nada porque hay algunos archivos que si se comparten son ilicitos, mientras que otros son licitamente compartibles.

En cuanto a lo de los virus, yo llevo 10 años con Mac, 8 en internet sin antivirus y sin problemas. Aunque a lo mejor tengo que buscar un buen antispamer.
