Todos los KVM que lleven USB y VGA y/o DVI son compatibles con Mac.
Al menos yo no he encontrado ninguno que no me haya funcionado en entornos mixtos. En los armarios de servidores de mis clientes suelen haber Macs y PCs y un solo monitor y nunca he tenido problemas usando KVMs
