Hola, veamos si me explico bien. Si el documento lo pones en la carpeta creada en idisk del escritorio se sincronizara automaticamente segun sea las opciones que tengas. Tambien lo puedes hacer manualmente pulsando la redondita que aparece al lado del nombre del idisk
