Tienes que elegir correctamente el tipo de seguridad (opción de 64 o 128 y verificar que lo estés poniendo o en hexadecimal o en texto. Creo que ya se ha explicado por aquí. De todas formas antes de teclear la clave en el combo de seguridad salen otras opciones que puedes probar (entre ellas las que te he comentado). Todo depende de lo que tú estés poniendo en el router, es decir del tipo de clave.
