El manual nº 1 es la propia ayuda del Mac.
Luego usa el botón "Buscar" de estos foros y busca temas abiertos por tus semejantes (switcher, novato, nuevo en Mac...).
Ahí encontrarás directamente consejos que ya se han dado y algunos enlaces a otros lugares que te pueden ser de ayuda.
