Hola Nano,

Si tienes las fotos en iPhoto y es una versión suficientemente nueva (la de iLife 6 lo hace), éste te guarda cada importación (o carrete) en una carpeta. Luego, copiando como datos las carpetas que tendrás dentro de tu carpeta iPhoto (nomalmente situada en "Imágenes"), tendría bastante. Bien sencillo.
