Para que no me quedara la duda, eliminé de mis cuentas la de Facebook. Reinicié y volví a ponerla.

Notificaciones como antes. Salen pero sin conectarse con Facebook. Es un bug y no rula el link de las notificaciones con Facebook.
No puedo decir que no estoy en desacuerdo contigo.
