Lo decia proque yo en Pc se sobremesa tengo un P4... ( no es dual core) y sin embargo se usa el Dual Channel...

Creo que dalió cuando el chipset Nforce de Nvidia... ( hablo como no de Pc y placas base sobremesa).

A mi parecer, es puro marketing... te cobran mas por la ampliacion, se quedan con los modulos de 256... en fin...

Sale mejor comprarlos fuera.. y luego intentar vender los modulos ddr2 @ 667...
