El tema es que tengo aproximadamente 250Gb de datos, he estado buceando buscando algun comando de Terminal que permita copiar los archivos saltando errores y si mostrara un reporte de los que han fallado ya sería de nota.

He mirado la instruccion ditto, pero no se si podría servir?

¿Qué me proponéis? Lo haría por carpetas para ir acotando.

no tienes copia en TimeMachine, lo digo porque las otras soluciones te van a dejar los hechos unos zorros, perderás los instaladores y demás.

prueba primero en copiar el disco entero a otro disco, ya sé es tedioso ( marchate al cine etc ) con ello lo que este mal no se copiará.

después una utilidad como TechTool, o DiskWarrior debería decirte el estado de salud de tu disco no sea que solo sea que estén desorganizados los datos
