La via fácil es instalar Google Chrome que lleva Flash incorporado.
Yo, por razones de seguridad y rendimiento, no tengo Flash en ningún sitio y cuando por exigencias del guión he de acceder a un flash obligatoriamente, abro Chrome y listo.
